You can submit a battery complaint by completing the complaint form available in our online store. The form is available on the Complaint page.
While filling out the form, you will be asked to provide the purchase date as well as your address details. You will also need to include a short description of the observed battery issue.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email from us containing detailed information about the address to which the battery should be sent for complaint processing. The package can also be sent to a parcel locker that we support, which will be specified in the same email.
Once the complaint form has been correctly submitted, you will receive an individual complaint number starting with the letter R, allowing for easy identification of your request.
