The subject of the warranty may include any battery defect that occurs during proper use of the device. The warranty particularly covers issues such as:

• inability to charge or discharge the battery;
• loss of power during operation;

• unnatural capacity loss of the cells, not resulting from normal wear and tear.

In the case of laptop battery regeneration services, please note that every battery naturally wears out over time. We assume that a natural capacity decrease is approximately 10% for every 100 charging cycles. A reduction within this range is not considered a defect covered by the warranty.

Our warranty applies only to cases where the loss of capacity or functionality results from a cell defect or regeneration process error, and not from misuse, neglect, or natural battery aging.
