Laptop battery regeneration is a multi-stage process designed to restore the battery’s full performance and capacity.
Each stage is carried out according to the highest safety standards using professional tools and measuring equipment.
As a result, the final product meets — and often exceeds — the parameters of the original battery.

Below are the main steps involved in the regeneration process:
- Opening the battery – the casing is carefully cut or separated to avoid damaging the electronics or connectors. For certain models, we use specialized tools that allow safe disassembly without cracking the casing.
- Testing the electronics – we diagnose the battery’s electronic system (BMS), responsible for charge, discharge, and thermal protection control. Only fully functional electronics can be reused in the regeneration process.
- Welding a new cell pack – worn-out cells are completely removed and replaced with new, branded lithium-ion cells (Samsung, LG, Sanyo). The cells are connected using a spot-welding method, ensuring durable and safe connections.
- Reprogramming the electronics – after replacing the cells, the battery is reprogrammed so that the control system properly recognizes the new cells and their parameters (capacity, voltage, and cycle count). This is a crucial step to ensure correct operation in the laptop.
- Battery testing – once assembled, the battery undergoes detailed load tests and capacity/voltage measurements. We also verify all safety systems to ensure stable and secure operation.
- Closing the casing – after successful testing, the battery casing is resealed and marked with the regeneration date. The regenerated product then undergoes final quality control before being shipped to the customer.
Every regenerated battery undergoes a complete quality inspection, guaranteeing technical performance and safety comparable to a new factory battery.
In many cases, a regenerated battery can even achieve greater capacity than the original, providing longer operating time for your laptop.
